Travel Plumbing Technician (3 yrs exp req) Steady Flo Murfreesboro, TN Job Details Full-time $2,000 a week 1 day ago Benefits Fuel card Company truck Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Plumbing Driving Blueprint reading Water systems Fixture installation Underground utilities installation Full Job Description Travelling Plumbing Technician (3 yrs exp req) $2000/week + Per Diem We're looking for an experienced plumber (5+ years preferred) to join our team. If you're comfortable running equipment, that's a big plus. You'll handle a mix of commercial plumbing work in this position so commercial experience is required. Ability to tavel and be out of town during the week is required. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 3 years of commercial plumbing experience (more experience is a plus) Clean driving record Solid understanding of plumbing systems and repairs Working knowledge of septic and sewer systems, including diagnostics and repairs Knowledge of current plumbing codes and regulations Good time management and problem-solving skills Ability to drive company vehicles to job sites Comfortable communicating with customers and working with a team What You'll Be Doing Install and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures (toilets, sinks), and appliances like water heaters and disposals Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations and project progression Complete commercial plumbing work, including rough-ins, modifications, repairs of new installations should they be needed, etc Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and problems Assist in the layout, assembly, and installation of fixtures for water and waste systems Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and local plumbing codes Install underground drainage, and water supply piping systems Explain projects and options to customers in a clear, friendly way Keep daily notes on service calls, parts used, and time worked
