Full-time / Project-based We are currently hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers, Plumbing Foremen, and Plumbing Superintendents for commercial new construction projects in the Nashville, TN area . We are looking for dependable, safety-focused professionals with strong commercial plumbing experience who can help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule. Journeyman Plumber Pay:
$30.00-$36.00/hour DOE Responsibilities:
Install commercial plumbing systems according to plans and specifications Perform underground, rough-in, trim, and final installation work Set fixtures, valves, carriers, hangers, supports, and equipment tie-ins Run water, waste, vent, storm, and gas piping as required Perform pressure testing, punch list work, and assist with inspections Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Requirements:
Journeyman-level plumbing experience in commercial new construction required Ability to read blueprints and work from drawings and specifications Strong tool knowledge and ability to work independently or with a crew Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Plumbing Foreman Pay:
$36.00-$42.00/hour DOE Responsibilities:
Lead plumbing crews on commercial new construction projects Coordinate manpower, daily work plans, and material staging Review blueprints, lay out work, and ensure installations meet code and quality requirements Communicate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, GC, and other trades to maintain schedule Track productivity, support punch completion, and enforce safety compliance Requirements:
Foreman experience in commercial new construction required Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Understanding of sequencing, manpower planning, and crew coordination Ability to manage tools, materials, production, and progress documentation Strong leadership mindset with a safety-first approach Plumbing Superintendent Pay:
$42.00-$45.00/hour DOE Responsibilities:
Oversee the full plumbing scope on site, including manpower, production, schedule, quality, and safety Coordinate with the GC, other trades, and internal leadership to maintain project milestones Manage foremen, manpower loading, short-interval planning, and material flow Drive inspections, testing, closeout, punch, and turnover documentation Identify and resolve field issues, including RFIs, sequencing conflicts, and trade coordination challenges Requirements:
