Duties Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools on construction sites and existing facilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing projects Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure leak-free connections Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and layout planning Support welding and mechanical tasks related to plumbing systems when necessary Participate in remodeling, renovation, and maintenance projects to upgrade or replace existing plumbing infrastructure Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols Collaborate with team members on construction site activities including carpentry, HVAC integration, and general handyman tasks Skills Construction site experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams effectively Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in HVAC systems and pipe threading tools Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters) and power tools (drills, saws) Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work Experience with welding or metal fabrication is a plus but not required Knowledge of schematics and mechanical drawings for accurate project execution Familiarity with construction safety standards and heavy lifting procedures Valid commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one is advantageous for field service assignments Versatile handyman skills including assembly, remodeling, maintenance work, and general troubleshooting Embark on a rewarding career path where your skills make a real impact!
