Austin, Texas Pay:
$70,000 - $80,000 w/ room to grow.

We're looking for an experienced professional to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems for both residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for a seasoned plumber with strong leadership skills looking to contribute to a growing company.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems in both residential and commercial settings. Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues related to water filtration. Ensure that the crew is doing the 1-2 installations completed daily, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance. Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client questions or concerns. Enforce all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
