The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layout. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and assembly as required for installations. Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential or commercial settings. Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary for equipment and materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with basic math concepts for measurements and calculations. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Previous experience on construction sites is preferred. Capable of performing field service duties with a focus on customer satisfaction. Maintenance Person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in maintenance tasks.
