Job Description
Journeyman Plumber
- $30•35/hr•Large Long-Term Industrial Project•Austin, TX Immediate openings for experienced Journeyman Plumbers on a large-scale industrial construction project in the Austin area.
- 35/hr based on experience 50+ hours per week Overtime available Weekly pay Long-term project Scope of Work Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems Install above-ground and underground piping systems Work with copper, PVC, cast iron, and other plumbing materials Install fixtures, valves, water lines, and drainage systems Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks Maintain a safe and productive work environment Requirements Journeyman Plumber experience Strong commercial or industrial plumbing experience required Experience with copper piping systems required Ability to read and interpret blueprints OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 required Reliable transportation and basic tools Ability to work overtime as needed Preferred Experience Mechanical room installations Industrial facility construction Large manufacturing, semiconductor, or advanced technology projects
