Overview Team Enoch is seeking a dependable and skilled Residential Plumber / Service Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, with occasional light commercial work. Responsibilities include performing rough-ins, trim-outs, fixture installations, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring all systems operate efficiently and meet code requirements. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically capable, and committed to quality workmanship and safety. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Perform rough-ins, trim-outs, and fixture installations
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
• Install and service water heaters (tank and tankless preferred)
• Perform leak detection and repairs
• Clear clogs and complete drain cleaning
• Conduct drain camera inspections
• Install toilets, faucets, fixtures, and garbage disposals
• Run and connect gas lines
• Ensure all work complies with national and local plumbing codes
• Collaborate with other trades as needed
• Provide professional, customer-focused service Qualifications & Requirements
• 1-5 years of plumbing experience (residential service required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
• Valid Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (preferred)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to supply personal hand tools and properly use company equipment Skills & Competencies
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in various conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
