LICENSED PLUMBER

Job Description:

Installing all residential plumbing fixtures and systems Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending burst pipes, opening clogged drains. Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements. Provide plumbing information to customers by answering questions and requests. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. No on call rotation One working Saturday every 4 weeks

Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing Plumber Qualifications:

Master, Journeyman or Tradesman License with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation Clean driving record and current valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug test and background check required Strong customer service and communication skills Physical and Mental Requirements Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders and tunnels Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet Must have mental skills such as critical thinking , problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures. Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints. Must be able to complete a Job Physical Assessment
