In this leadership role, you will oversee and perform advanced plumbing installations, repairs, inspections, and project coordination for residential and commercial plumbing projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex plumbing systems while ensuring all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including remodels, new construction, underground plumbing, water and gas line installations, and commercial jobs. Duties Install, repair, maintain, and inspect residential and commercial plumbing systems Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately Supervise and guide apprentices and journeyman plumbers on job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards Coordinate with contractors, builders, HVAC technicians, and other trades to maintain project timelines Perform installations and repairs involving water heaters, water softeners, gas lines, sewer lines, fixtures, and piping systems Conduct trench and tunnel plumbing work as needed Operate and use plumbing tools, equipment, and power tools safely and effectively Provide excellent customer service while communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and recommendations Maintain organized job documentation, material usage, and project updates Respond to emergency service calls when required Qualifications Valid Master Plumber License in the State of Texas Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Experience supervising crews and managing plumbing projects preferred Skilled in troubleshooting, pipe installation, welding, and plumbing repairs Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and inspection requirements Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with remodels, underground plumbing, trench, and tunnel jobs is a plus Why Join Us?
