Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Tradeworker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in construction plumbing, and contribute to high-quality building outcomes. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction and remodeling projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of plumbing components Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing systems efficiently and safely Conduct inspections of plumbing work to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Assist with the installation of HVAC systems and other mechanical components related to plumbing infrastructure Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system assembly on construction sites Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades with a solid understanding of construction site procedures Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC integration, and remodeling processes Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling projects is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional construction projects.
