Job Description

Mueller Water Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial/Industrial Water Treatment Install Manager to oversee the installation of water treatment systems in various commercial and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of water treatment processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong technical skills, and have Commercial plumbing experience with minimum 2 years and hold at least a Journeyman Plumbing license for a minimum of 2 years. Responsibilities
  • This role balances two primary functions: providing hands-on, in-field support to technicians and collaborating with the Branch Manager to oversee project logistics, scheduling, and execution.
  • Manage the installation of water treatment systems from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and per company standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and ensure compliance with company installation practices.
  • Collaborate with office to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Train team members on installation techniques and safety protocols related to water treatment systems.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation, utilizing technical knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of equipment used and any modifications made during the process.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the installation process by conducting inspections and testing equipment functionality. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing installations within the water treatment industry, plumbing or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial plumbing, water treatment systems and processes, .
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in water treatment or related fields are a plus.

Must have minimum Journeyman Plumbing license. Must be familiar with Dallas/ Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding areas. Must be a mechanically inclined individual. Excellent pay includes vacation, insurance and benefits. Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must have a good driving record and VALID Texas Driver's License ..
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
  • Must have a neat appearance, good customer relations
  • MUST have knowledge of Dallas/ Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
