Depending on your experience, either opportunity may be open to you performing service, maintenance, and repairs for our commercial clients or executing plumbing installations at sites: Let us know which role you prefer. Key Responsibilities Service & Repair:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial plumbing issues, piping, water heaters, boilers, backflow preventers, grease traps, and high-volume drainage systems or other equipment. Compliance:
Ensure all work meets or exceeds the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and local Houston municipal codes. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on both construction sites and service calls. Communication:
Coordinate with project managers on construction timelines and provide clear, professional communication to service clients regarding repair needs and costs. Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols. If within construction:
Install plumbing systems in new commercial builds, including rough-ins, piping, drainage, and fixture installation according to blueprints and local codes. Requirements Plumbing License:
Must have an active Journeyman license. Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial plumbing (construction and/or service). Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Experience with copper, PVC, PEX, cast iron, and commercial-grade piping systems. (Medical Gas is NOT required, however training might be provided to interested employees) Reliability:
Clean driving record and a valid Texas Driver's License. Soft Skills:
Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor when representing the company on-site. Knowledge:
Familiarity with Houston-area commercial building codes and local permit processes is a plus. Benefits Health & Wellness:
