We specialize in providing high-quality maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Master Plumber / Maintenance Technician who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC professionally while delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers in the field. Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Fix leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes, faucets, toilets, and water heaters. Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems. Inspect plumbing systems to find and fix problems quickly. Respond to service calls and complete work orders on time. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Communicate professionally with customers and property managers. Follow safety rules and company standards at all times. Experience Must have plumbing experience in residential and commercial properties. A Texas Master Plumber License is preferred. Knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, and installations. Performing basic handyman work such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs when needed is preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work is a plus. Ability to use tools and maintenance equipment safely. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work alone and complete jobs without close supervision. Good communication skills in English. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Note This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
