Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract About Us We are an established plumbing company expanding into the Texas market and seeking a licensed Texas Master Plumber to serve as our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP). We are looking for a qualifier— we want to get started quickly in the market to build and grow a reputable plumbing operation throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position offers flexibility in structure and compensation. Whether you are seeking a leadership role, additional income, or something more hands off we are open to discussing a mutually beneficial arrangement. What You'll Do Serve as the Responsible Master Plumber for the company. Ensure compliance with all Texas plumbing laws, codes, and regulations. Assist with permitting and inspections as needed. Provide technical oversight and quality control. Help develop plumbing operations, procedures, and standards. Support hiring, training, and supervision of plumbing personnel. Advise ownership on growth opportunities and operational best practices. Determine your level of day-to-day involvement based on the agreed structure. What We're Looking For Active Texas Master Plumber License in good standing. Eligible to serve as Responsible Master Plumber (RMP). Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and industry standards. Leadership mindset with interest in helping grow a business. Residential, commercial, service, or construction experience welcomed. Excellent communication and professional judgment.
