Our installers focus on larger projects and delivering exceptional workmanship, while working closely with homeowners throughout the process. We're looking for a Plumbing Installer who enjoys solving problems, building relationships with customers, and seeing projects through from start to finish. Much of your work will involve larger residential projects such as sewer line replacements, water service replacements, whole-home repipes, water heater installations, and underground plumbing repairs. The right person for this role takes pride in quality workmanship but understands that a great customer experience matters just as much as the plumbing itself. You'll be trusted to represent Action in customers' homes, communicate professionally, answer questions, set expectations, and help homeowners feel confident throughout the project. Key Responsibilities:
Represent Action Air, Plumbing,Septic with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Provide top-quality plumbing services and installations to residential and occasional small commercial customers. Actively participate in training programs to continually expand your skill set. Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and your team. Ensure safety procedures are followed to protect yourself, your team, and the customer's home Maintain a clean and organized job site and take extra care with the customer's indoor and outdoor property.
Qualifications:
Must have: A valid Texas Tradesman Plumber's License and at least 2 years of experience in residential plumbing service. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Ability to lift over 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and work in small spaces or fluctuating temperatures. Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continual improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with excavation and heavy machinery is a plus. Experience leading large plumbing projects and overseeing apprentices.
