This position is ideal for someone who has plumbing field experience, holds or is working under a Tradesman Plumber license, and is ready to take on a hands-on role in residential and commercial plumbing work. As a Tradesman Plumber, you will assist with plumbing installations, service calls, maintenance, and repairs while working under the direction of Journeyman and Master Plumbers. This role requires a strong understanding of basic plumbing systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to perform quality work in a professional environment. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will help complete plumbing work on a variety of job sites, including: Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment Assisting with water lines, drain lines, gas lines, sewer lines, and other plumbing components Measuring, cutting, threading, assembling, and installing pipe and fittings Performing basic troubleshooting and helping identify plumbing issues Supporting Journeyman and Master Plumbers on larger installations, repairs, and remodel projects Reading and following job plans, work orders, specifications, and plumbing layouts Maintaining clean and organized job sites, tools, materials, and company vehicles Following company safety standards, plumbing codes, and job site procedures Communicating professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers Helping ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute in the field. The right candidate should have plumbing experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to continue advancing in the trade.

A strong candidate will have:

Current Tradesman Plumber License preferred Plumbing field experience in residential or commercial settings Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and safety practices Ability to follow direction from Journeyman and Master Plumbers Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to keep learning Professional attitude when working with customers and team members Ability to work in tight spaces, outdoors, crawl spaces, attics, and varying job site conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, digging, carrying materials, and working under houses Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or GED preferred Why Work With Us Accurate Air Solutions offers a stable, team-focused work environment where employees have the opportunity to build their skills and grow in their careers.
