Senior Residential Service Plumber Underwood Plumbing & Septic McKinney / North Dallas Service Area $115K-$150K+ Performance-Based Compensation About the Role Underwood Plumbing & Septic is hiring an experienced residential service plumber to support growing demand across the McKinney, Allen, Plano, Frisco, and North Dallas corridor. This is a field-based, revenue-producing role focused on residential service calls, customer interaction, plumbing diagnostics, repair work, and sales. This is NOT an office management or superintendent position. We are specifically looking for a plumber who enjoys being in the field, running calls, helping customers, and earning strong performance-based income. Ideal candidates are confident working independently, comfortable presenting solutions to homeowners, and motivated by production and commission opportunities. What You'll Do Run residential plumbing service calls throughout the North Dallas area Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions directly to homeowners Perform repairs, replacements, and installations Build customer trust and close recommended work Maintain strong customer service and workmanship standards Participate once per week in 30 min operations meetings in Bonham, TX Support occasional septic-related service work when needed Compensation $80K-$100K base compensation Performance incentives and commission opportunities High-performing plumbers can earn $115K-$150K+ Company vehicle available based on assignment What We're Looking For Strong residential service plumbing experience Texas plumbing license preferred (Journeyman or Master) Comfortable running calls independently Strong communication and customer-facing sales ability Performance-driven and motivated to earn Willingness to work primarily in the field Ability to travel throughout the North Dallas / DFW corridor Available for weekly Tuesday meetings in Bonham, TX Work Environment Primarily field-based role High inbound residential service demand Fast-paced and performance-oriented environment Growth opportunities for strong performers Benefits United Healthcare insurance 401(k) with company match (4%) Company vehicle opportunities (Ford Transit) Performance-driven earning potential
