Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber specializing in new construction residential projects, focusing on set out (trim) or service/warranty tasks. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in residential new construction plumbing and mechanical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality to our home builders and their customers. Join our team and contribute to building comfortable, efficient homes for families while advancing your career! Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately set out plumbing locations and ensure proper installation. Install plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and fittings using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment, and trim. Perform precise trim-out work by setting out plumbing fixtures and ensuring proper alignment with architectural plans. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing problems and find solutions, including the use of a camera to scope drain lines. Setting tubs, installing water heaters (tank type and tankless) Installing Water Softeners Experience experience working on construction sites with residential new builds or remodeling projects. Strong background in construction plumbing, including pipe threading, fixture installation, and reading plans. Hands-on experience with soldering, using hand tools as well as power tools for various installation tasks. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of construction site safety practices Requirements Valid driver's license Pass background check Valid Tradesman or Journeyman plumbing license through TSBPE Extensive experience in new construction residential plumbing Pay Any offer to be made after in person interview, pay dependent on knowledge, experience.
