Licensed Plumber

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber (Journeyman) to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and welding tasks Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols Perform remodeling and assembly tasks related to plumbing fixtures and mechanical systems Troubleshoot plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills to identify root causes Qualifications Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local certification Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction plumbing procedures Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems integration Prior handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects is a plus Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site travel as needed Join our team to build exceptional infrastructure while advancing your career!
