This is a hands-on, field-based service role designed for an experienced plumber who enjoys solving problems, interacting with homeowners, and generating strong income through quality workmanship and customer service. This is not a management, superintendent, or office-based position. The ideal candidate wants to stay in the field, run residential service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, recommend solutions, and maximize earning potential through production and sales performance.
