Emergency Plumber Richardson TX | 24/7 | Plumb Bros LLC Position Summary Plumb Bros LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Service Plumber to oversee residential and commercial service plumbing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs, leading field technicians, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment. Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspections, leak detection, water heater repairs, and sewer line repairs. Install and repair water, sewer, gas, and drainage systems. Communicate repair recommendations and solutions to customers professionally. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately. Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Train and mentor apprentice and junior plumbers. Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, materials, and project updates. Respond to emergency service calls as needed. Identify opportunities for additional repairs and preventative maintenance services. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company positively. Qualifications Current Texas Journeyman Plumber License required. Minimum 4 years of plumbing service experience. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Experience with drain cleaning equipment, sewer machines, hydro jetting equipment, and camera inspections. Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans and specifications. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising plumbing crews. Experience with apartment communities, property management companies, and commercial facilities. Knowledge of tankless water heaters, boilers, RPZ assemblies, and gas systems.
