PLUS, a leader in HVAC and Plumbing services in Central Texas, is looking for an accomplished Commercial Plumbing Service Manager. This team member will join our growing Commercial Plumbing division. The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of Plumbing Service Experience Strong Mechanical and Plumbing aptitude The ability to follow processes and procedures The ability to identify and communicate process improvement opportunities In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing Commercial Plumbing systems Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-Starter attitude, Works well in a team Environment A positive, performance-driven attitude and the ability to inspire motivation Backflow endorsement preferred

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Administrative knowledge Ability to provide customer service Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with office equipment.
