Job Profile We are looking for an experienced plumber with a 3-4 man drainage crew consisting of a licensed plumber (foreman), survey technician, and a skilled laborer. Our crew are responsible for domestic water installation, sanitary and works. We are looking for a Foreman that can manage and assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision. We also occasionally perform Water, Gas, Sanitary Sewer, Storm, Concrete Wingwall and other related civil works. Job Duties Install Drainage Utilities. Foreman will manage field crew in day-to-day production of the stormwater project. Foreman must be able to interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly. Knowledge of pertinent code requirements. Must be able to effectively communicate with others and professionally represent the company. Foreman must be able to galvanize team to achieve company goals, and provide leadership though example. Actively participate in company safety program. Foreman must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety. Qualifications Each candidate for the various roles must have 5 years Experience on various stormwater line, waterline, sewer, storm drain utility projects. The Foreman must have 5 years experience managing crews on water line projects. Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to seventy (70) lbs. Must be able to climb, kneel, twist, and bend in various environments. Must have had experience with pipe installation from approved plans, planning, procuring materials, coordinating staff, working with owner representatives, and implementing a safe workplace. Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in written format. Must be eligible to work in the USA Available to work out of town for extended periods of time
