The Role As a Plumbing Installer & Excavation Tech at Aim Plumbing, you will be out in the field doing real, meaningful work — and doing it at a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

Plumbing installations at varying levels of complexity — from fixtures and water heaters to full system installs. Excavation work to support underground plumbing lines and infrastructure. Working alongside experienced tradespeople and growing your skills on every job. Representing Aim Plumbing with professionalism on every site, every day. Who You Are You are not coasting. What You Bring At least 2 years of apprentice-level plumbing experience, up to Master Plumber licensure — all levels considered. Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A genuine desire to be part of something bigger than a job.
