We are currently seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our expanding team. This role involves working on a variety of commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and well-organized, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems for commercial and residential customers. Diagnose plumbing issues, obtain necessary replacement parts, and calibrate systems according to manufacturer specifications. Clearly communicate diagnoses and repair needs to customers. Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules and communicate any delays. Install and maintain commercial plumbing systems in compliance with trade and building codes. Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively. Take initiative and lead job sites when required. Train and mentor junior plumbers as needed. Maintain company vehicle in good working condition. Identify and report opportunities for additional business, such as system upgrades, service contracts, and new fixture installations. Qualifications and Skills Valid Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master). Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, equipment, and materials. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation to job sites. Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented demeanor. Must have anacceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) . Ability to read and perform calculations, input data accurately, and analyze information. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Physical Requirements Frequent driving to job sites. Regular walking, bending, squatting, climbing, and kneeling. Work crawlspaces, basements, trenches, on rooftops and inside attics. Occasional pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
