What You'll Do As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems while providing a five-star customer experience on every visit. Responsibilities Diagnose residential plumbing issues and provide clear repair solutions Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, valves, drains, and related systems Conduct plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications when needed Safely operate hand tools, power tools, drain equipment, pipe threading tools, and other plumbing equipment Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommendations clearly and honestly Maintain a clean and organized work environment at customer homes and job sites Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable professionals who care about quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Residential plumbing service experience preferred, but not required Experienced technicians are strongly encouraged to apply Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn are welcome Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate professionally and honestly with homeowners Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment safely Ability to work independently while also being a team player Ability to safely lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying job site conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience with drain cleaning, water heaters, remodeling, HVAC, or handyman work is a plus We're committed to helping the right people build long-term careers.
