Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled 4th year or journeyman plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of plumbing tasks on commercial and residential construction sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help bring complex plumbing systems to life, from rough-ins to final connections, contributing to successful project completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced plumbers eager to showcase their skills and grow within a vibrant construction environment. Responsibilities Experience in remodel, new construction. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of plumbing systems Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support construction activities Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and carpenters to coordinate work seamlessly Conduct routine inspections of plumbing work for quality assurance and compliance with building codes and safety regulations Assist in remodeling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of existing plumbing systems as needed Skills Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing infrastructure Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques Valid commercial driver's license preferred for site transportation needs Handyman experience or background in remodeling and maintenance projects is advantageous Join us if you're ready to bring your plumbing expertise into a fast-paced construction environment where your skills make a real impact!
