Responsibilities Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems. Operate hand tools and power tools. Support the assembly and remodeling of plumbing fixtures and mechanical components. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress updates. Participate in site cleanup, material handling, and preparation tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some background or coursework in construction or mechanical trades is a plus. Basic knowledge of construction practices, plumbing systems, and hand tools. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working at heights if required. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety protocols on construction sites.
