Lead Plumber Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Residential Plumber with 5 to 8 years of experience in managing service calls. This role involves working closely with a helper, providing guidance and training to ensure effective teamwork and skill development. Candidates with experience in using sewer cameras, snake machines, jetter sewer lines, and those familiar with excavators, bob cats, and hydro excavators will be highly valued. Responsibilities Manage all service calls for multifamily and residential properties, including houses and apartments. Work collaboratively with and train a green helper to develop their plumbing skills. Utilize sewer cameras, snake machines, and jetter sewer lines effectively. Operate excavators, bob cats, and hydro excavators as needed. Essential Skills 5-8 years of residential service plumbing experience. Proficiency in construction and plumbing, including working with PVC, cast iron, and piping. Ability to train and work collaboratively with a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with excavators, bob cats, and hydro excavators is a plus. Why Work Here?
