Position description: We are currently seeking a Service plumber for our Richmond location. With main responsibilities for installing maintaining, repairing various plumbing systems in a commercial and light industrial setting. Efficiently ensuring operation of plumbing fixtures, pipes and various systems. Please review the information listed below and apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure proper placement and connection of plumbing components in new construction projects.

Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:

Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot plumbing issues. Recommend and implement upgrades to improve system efficiency and compliance with plumbing codes and regulations. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls. Work efficiently to resolve urgent issues and prevent further damage.

Customer Service:

Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide explanations and recommendations to customers regarding plumbing issues, repairs, and maintenance.

Compliance:

Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with team members to ensure the seamless integration of plumbing systems with other building components.
