150K+ | Company Truck Plumb Fit is hiring a Licensed PL01 or PL02 Plumber for residential and light commercial service plumbing in the Western Washington area (Black Diamond, WA) . We are a growing, professional plumbing company offering top-tier pay, no on-call schedule, and consistent year-round work . Pay & Benefits $100,000
$150,000+ per year (based on experience & performance) No on-call or after-hours work Company truck (take-home) + gas card 401(k) with 4% company match Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Company-provided uniforms & tablet Plumber Responsibilities Perform residential service plumbing and light commercial plumbing Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (water, waste, gas) Communicate clearly with customers and team members Manage multiple service calls and prioritize workload Train and mentor apprentice plumbers Maintain accurate job notes and updates ✅ Requirements•Licensed Plumber Active Washington State PL01 or PL02 Plumbing License (Required) Minimum 4+ years plumbing experience Strong knowledge of residential service plumbing systems Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug test Work Location Black Diamond, WA (servicing Western Washington) Why Plumb Fit?
