10-40 hours per week (based on workload) Position Overview Sounder Plumbing is seeking a licensed, experienced plumber to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is designed for a high-level professional who can confidently handle jobs independently across service, demo, rough-in, and new construction work. We are not looking for entry-level plumbers — this position is for someone with a proven track record who can be trusted to represent the company and complete jobs without supervision. What We Offer

• Run service calls independently from start to finish
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently
• Perform demo and rough-in work
• Handle new construction plumbing tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Represent the company at a high standard Requirements (Strict)
• Active plumbing license (Washington State required)
• Extensive plumbing experience (service + construction)
• Ability to work fully independently with no supervision
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with clean record
