Diagnose and resolve residential and commercial plumbing service calls Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components Deliver solutions customers can trust through honest recommendations and expert workmanship Educate customers on repair, replacement, financing, and maintenance options Take ownership of your performance and consistently exceed revenue goals Partner closely with dispatch and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked service vehicle

What We're Looking For:

Current Washington State 01 Journeyman Plumber License (Required) Strong residential and commercial service experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Professional appearance and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality ServiceTitan experience is a plus Strong knowledge of plumbing safety standards and best practices Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record The Difference Is Respect.
