Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Residential Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rough-in plumbing, remodeling, and indoor/outdoor drainage systems. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require technical expertise and attention to detail. Responsibilities Sell, Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations Perform remodeling tasks involving plumbing and carpentry work as needed Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites Troubleshoot plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Understand all aspects of drain cleaning. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing, remodeling, or related trades Knowledge of construction site practices, schematics, and blueprint reading Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding, and assembly tasks Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on elevated or confined spaces Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during installations Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site travel preferred Prior sales/lead experience Ability to read schematics and interpret technical instructions accurately This position is ideal for individuals with a background in construction or plumbing who are looking to advance their careers in residential services. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
