• 60 per hour | Full-time | Benefits About the Role Quality Plumbing, a trusted name in Seattle since 1978, is seeking an experienced Rough-In Plumber to join our residential remodeling team.

This role is ideal for a licensed plumber who takes pride in clean, accurate layout work, understands the importance of getting it right before the walls close, and wants to be part of a company known for craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term careers. As our Rough-In Plumber, you'll handle the early-stage plumbing installations that set each project up for success. You'll work on high-end residential remodels, installing water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems according to plans, code requirements, and Quality Plumbing standards. Compensation & Benefits $50

• 4:00 PM No nights, weekends, or on-call work Responsibilities Install rough-in plumbing systems for residential remodeling projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Lay out and install water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems Coordinate with project managers, trim plumbers, apprentices, and other trades Ensure all work meets Washington plumbing code and Quality Plumbing standards Pressure-test systems and prepare work for inspection Troubleshoot layout or field conditions and make accurate adjustments Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Represent the Quality Plumbing standard of care on every project Qualifications Valid Washington State plumbing license required; PL01 or PL02 preferred 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred, especially in residential remodels or rough-in work Strong knowledge of rough-in layout, code requirements, and residential plumbing systems Ability to read plans and work independently in the field Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, honest, and team-oriented Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to commute to projects in and around Seattle, preferably north of the city About Quality Plumbing Founded in 1978, Quality Plumbing is a well-established plumbing company known for high-end remodels and exceptional craftsmanship in the Seattle area.
