  • 55 per hour | Full-time | Benefits About the Role Quality Plumbing is looking for an experienced Service Plumber to join our team in the Seattle area.
This is a great fit for a licensed plumber who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering a high level of care to residential clients. In this role, you'll handle service calls, repairs, troubleshooting, and smaller residential plumbing projects. You'll be trusted to diagnose issues clearly, communicate options professionally, and complete work with the craftsmanship Quality Plumbing has been known for since 1978. Compensation & Benefits $45
  • 55 per hour, based on experience Quarterly and annual bonuses 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan 8 paid holidays Company-provided service truck, with potential take-home use Steady, full-time work with long-term growth opportunities Supportive team environment with strong employee retention Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM No nights, weekends, or on-call work Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Complete service calls, maintenance work, and smaller plumbing projects Troubleshoot water, waste, vent, fixture, and piping concerns Communicate clearly with clients, dispatch, and project managers Provide thoughtful recommendations and practical solutions Complete work safely, cleanly, and according to code Maintain an organized truck, tools, and job site Deliver the professional service experience Quality Plumbing clients expect Qualifications Valid Washington State plumbing license required; PL01 or PL02 preferred 5+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Comfortable working independently in the field Professional communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and honest Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to commute to projects in and around Seattle, preferably north of the city About Quality Plumbing Founded in 1978, Quality Plumbing has built a reputation for quality residential plumbing, high-end remodels, and long-term client relationships throughout the Seattle area.
