Residential/Commercial Plumbing installer

Thanks to the consistently strong demand for commercial apartments and housing we're growing. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated residential or commercial journeyman. Your job duties are as follows but not limited to; commercial/residential ground work, rough in, and finish. Reading blueprints, maintaining materials lists, job site and crew management, layout crew members, etc. We offer competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and a positive team-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications:

1. Must possess a Current WA State Residential or Commercial Plumbing License.

AND HAVE CERTIFIED HOURS 2.

Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience and certified plumbing hours 3. High school diploma or equivalent 4. Physically able to climb ladders to work from height, work in crawl spaces and lift objects up to 50 pounds 5. Valid Washington state Driver's license and a safe driving record 6. Basic computer skills for electronic documentation

Basic Job Duties:

1. Provide knowledgeable Commercial plumbing installation (as per code) 2. Direct knowledge and ability to service, trouble shoot and diagnose all forms of plumbing issues in commercial and residential applications 3. Install and service hot water tanks, sump pumps, effluent pumps, disposals, recirculation systems, showers, water services, valves, etc. 4. Certified backflow prevention assembly tester preferred 5. Knowledge of the plumbing code 6. Ability to read and convey blueprints
