Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead complex plumbing service projects, troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site. Your expertise will help deliver reliable, efficient solutions for commercial and residential clients, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the construction and maintenance industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your advanced plumbing skills while mentoring junior team members and driving projects to successful completion. Duties Lead installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on commercial and residential construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety standards Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications Perform welding, pipe threading, and assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and specialized construction equipment Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while maintaining proper ergonomics and safety protocols Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate work seamlessly on construction sites Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and implement effective solutions Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed to ensure compliance with codes and project specifications Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, HVAC systems knowledge, and heavy lifting techniques Ability to read technical drawings accurately and apply mechanical principles effectively Strong background in remodeling, assembly work, handyman tasks, and general construction site experience Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transportation between job sites Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on precision and quality workmanship Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Join us as a Senior Service Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-tier plumbing solutions with energy and professionalism.
