Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice Plumber and kick-start your career in the construction and plumbing industry! Duties Assist experienced plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing and HVAC systems Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively Support the setup and assembly of plumbing components, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and mechanical systems Help with remodeling projects by removing old fixtures and installing new plumbing solutions Conduct routine inspections of plumbing work to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Basic knowledge of construction practices and construction site safety procedures Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and pipe threading equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing or HVAC systems Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations Prior experience or familiarity with carpentry, handyman tasks, or remodeling projects is a plus Strong willingness to learn new skills in plumbing installation and maintenance Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks safely Embark on a rewarding journey in the trades industry by applying your enthusiasm for construction and mechanical work.
