Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to identify root causes efficiently. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances on various construction sites. Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, thread pipes, assemble components, and perform precise mechanical work. Perform welding and pipe threading tasks to ensure secure connections in complex plumbing configurations. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to execute remodeling or renovation projects accurately. Conduct heavy lifting safely while handling materials such as pipes, fixtures, or equipment on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to adhere to safety protocols related to HVAC systems and other mechanical components. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of construction site procedures. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence. Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems as well as HVAC basics is highly desirable. Strong carpentry skills and handyman experience are a plus for versatile project support. Capable of performing heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks. Valid commercial driver's license preferred for transportation between job sites; familiarity with construction site safety standards essential.
