Apprentice Plumber Drain Works LLC Overview Peach Plumbing is a plumbing company in Wheeling, WV looking to hire a full-time apprentice plumber. Job duties include assisting a master plumber, data entry of plumbing job statistics, inventory tracking, and studying to become a competent plumber. At Peach Plumbing you will be taught the ins and outs of running a plumbing business, hands on technical ability, and excellent customer service. Hours This position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to about 4:00 PM. Time varies on job completion and schedule for the day, but an average of 40 hours a week. Overtime is compensated at 1.5x the normal rate. Benefits No PTO, health insurance, or 401k exist for this position. Instead, we have bumped up the hourly rate to cover these costs, allowing you to choose where to allocate your money. Future Possibilities Previous apprentices in this role operate their company provided van and tool after six months with conditioned support, growth, and training from our experienced plumbes.
