Duties Assist skilled plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on construction sites or in existing buildings Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively Support the assembly and installation of piping systems, fixtures, and HVAC components Participate in remodeling projects by performing basic carpentry, handyman tasks, and maintenance work Follow safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a secure working environment Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems and assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues Skills Basic understanding of construction processes and site safety procedures Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and pipe fitting methods Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, schematics, and system layouts Strong aptitude for reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Experience or interest in carpentry, remodeling, or general maintenance work Field service experience or handyman background is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new skills such as pipe installation, system troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs Embark on a rewarding journey in the plumbing industry with us!
