We are looking to expand our team and add a skilled individual to operate grout pumping equipment for our commercial masonry crews. Re-Create Companies LLC, the leading Masonry Contractor Company in Arizona, wants YOU to join our award-winning crew! Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation & Setup 1. Operate grout pump and related equipment to perform CMU cell fill for commercial masonry projects (low-lift or high-lift as required). 2. Set up and break down grout pump, hoses, fittings, and clean-out stations daily. 3. Ensure grout is delivered efficiently to designated lifts while coordinating with the foreman and masonry crew. 4. Maintain proper placement practices and assist with grout consolidation as required. Equipment Maintenance & Care 1. Perform routine equipment maintenance including greasing fittings, inspecting hoses, checking seals, and identifying potential mechanical issues. 2. Troubleshoot clogs or flow issues and ensure pumps remain operational during pours. 3. Keep pump, truck, and all related equipment clean and maintained in like-new condition. 4. Ensure tools, hoses, and fittings are properly stored and ready for the next job. Jobsite Coordination 1. Coordinate grout delivery schedules with the Logistics Manager to ensure proper timing and efficiency. 2. Communicate with the foreman regarding lift heights, sequencing, access points, and pour plans. 3. Track basic daily pour quantities or production information as requested. Safety & Compliance 1. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. 2. Follow all company and jobsite safety policies including PPE requirements. 3. Assist with maintaining proper access routes for grout hoses and equipment to prevent jobsite hazards. Qualifications 1. Minimum 1 year of experience operating grout pumps for masonry or CMU construction (concrete pump experience with masonry knowledge may be considered). 2. Clean driving record required. 3. Understanding of grout placement practices including lift heights, consolidation basics, and grout flow control. 4. Ability to follow foreman direction and understand grout pour plans. 5. Reliable transportation and strong attendance. Physical Requirements 1. Ability to lift and handle hoses and materials weighing 50+ lbs. 2. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. 3. Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work around active construction environments. 4. Standing, bending, and working on construction sites for extended periods.
