Water Pump Shop Assistant

Water Pump Shop Assistant Central Valley Pump is searching for a full-time shop assistant. We specialize in keeping the local agricultural community running by providing top-tier pump sales, services installation and repair solutions. When employed, you will be trained in-house to perform a wide array of skill.

Shop Maintenance:

Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe for the team.

Parts & Inventory:

Assist with loading/unloading shipments, organizing parts, and pulling items for service calls.

Mechanical Support:

Help technicians with basic assembly, tear-downs, and cleaning of agricultural pumps and motors.

Deliveries:

Occasional runs to job sites or farms to drop off equipment or parts.

Equipment Care:

Maintain shop tools and ensure they are in good working order.

What We're Looking For Mechanically Inclined:

You know your way around a toolbox and enjoy figuring out how things work.

Physically Fit:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day.

Reliable:

You show up on time and ready to work. Ag Background (Bonus): If you grew up on a farm or have worked in agriculture, you'll fit right in. We offer competitive wages based on experience plus full medical, dental, vision and retirement. Hourly Rate

• $20•$22 depending on experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have clean driving record
• Must be able to pass drug test
• Must be able to pass background check.
