Job Description

Process Pump Specialist SUMMARY:
The Process Pump Specialists provide knowledge and skills for customers' industrial pump needs.
JOB DUTIES
Works with Motion Industries' Account Representatives to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales. Independently pursues OEM accounts to identify, quote, engineer, and close product solution sales. Provides technical support and educates customers, Account Representatives, and CSR's about pump products. Works with Motion Industries' Branch Managers to provide business planning to reach product sales goals. Works with and coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support Motion Industries' Account Representatives. Routinely interacts face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and two (2) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Sales and engineering knowledge of pump products with a focus on industrial related products. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong organization and detail oriented. Moderate computer skills with an ability to use Microsoft Outlook. Typically requires strong sales experience with emphasis on growth in new opportunities.
