Front Pump Operator - 2nd shift Parker Hannifin Corporation $21.45 - $23.75 / hr paid holidays United States, Indiana, Goshen 1525 South 10th Street (Show on map) May 29, 2026 Responsibilities Grind and cut tubes for front pump seal parts per customer specifications with a cellular manufacturing operation. Operator processes rubber tubes by procuring tubes from staging area, setting up grinding machines, selecting proper size mandrels, and mounts of grinders.
Set up grinders
Operates multiple grinding machines process tubes to specific dimensions.
Removes mandrels from grinders, dismounts tubes from mandrels at completion of operations
Visually inspects tubes per standards
Prepares tubes for cutting operation by mounting on proper mandrels, paint/strip tubes as required, setting up chisel cutters, placing tubes in cutters and processing to specific dimensions
Utilize SPC techniques as part of the QAS system
Operator performs dimensional checks on the shadow graph
Troubleshoots, adjusts equipment, cleans and maintains equipment Qualifications Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening as a condition of employment Be able to demonstrate good attendance history Computer skills High school diploma or equivalent working experience Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule This position starts at $21.45 and is eligible to reach top pay by step progression increases
