We are seeking an Area Equipment & Service Manager to drive technical excellence, mentor a growing team, and optimize our field operations. To ensure a seamless transition and deep familiarity with our workflows, you will enter an initial role as an Area Equipment & Service Technician. From day one, you will be fast-tracked for technical leadership—leading by example in the field before fully transitioning into a supervisory capacity. Compensation & Growth Milestones We believe in rewarding expertise and strong performance early. 
Starting Salary:
$60, 000  30-60-90-
Day Milestone:
Upon successful completion of each milestone and positive review, your salary will automatically increase. 
Pay Frequency:
Bi-weekly via Gusto. Core Responsibilities & Technical Leadership As a leader in the field, you will balance advanced hands-on technical work with team development and operational oversight: 
Advanced Technical Operations:
Diagnose, repair, and install new pool equipment with high precision and attention to detail. 
Team Coaching & Mentoring:
Train and mentor technicians on onsite workflows and advanced water chemistry. You will be the primary point person for ensuring the team strictly follows LSI guidelines to maximize water quality and equipment longevity. 
Operational Efficiency:
Continuous assessment of current field workflows and chemical usage. Your goal is to achieve "optimal water" while remaining strictly cost-conscious regarding chemical spend and labor time. 
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure every single property meets our strict "Leave It Better" policy, upholding our reputation for top-tier reliability across the Greater Charlotte area. 
Safety & Logistics:
Maintain company PPE standards, ensure client property is secure (gates/latches locked), and take responsible care of your company-issued vehicle.
