Pump Shop Supervisor FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt Summary:
Responsible for assisting in basic knowledge of pump shop functions by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Repairs as well as builds all anchors, drains, and shoes.- Navigates a 30 foot trailer and follows all traffic laws.
- Responsible for delivering and/or picking up products within a specified timeline.
- Understands the functionality of each pump type.
- Conducts pressure tests when required.
- Navigates customer well sites and complies with their rules.
- Ensures company vehicle maintenance is up-to-date and vehicle is clean.
Qualifications:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)Equipment:
Forklift Tongs Testing unit Applicable saws Pressure washer Ball and seat tester Lapping machineKnowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
Time management skills The ability to be punctual The ability to be on call as a backup driver Knowledge of pump tear downs and applicable reportingPhysical Demands:
