In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of pump systems and associated equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of our hydraulic and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with maintenance, and excellent problem-solving skills to support our projects and customer service commitments. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various pump systems, including centrifugal, reciprocating, and submersible pumps. Troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes of failures or inefficiencies. Operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems accurately. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control pump operations within automated systems. Removal of Pumps and Motors of all kinds Replace and install valves, pipes, Pumps Replace and install Control panels and or VFD Support field service activities by traveling to customer sites or remote locations as needed for troubleshooting or installation projects. Follow safety protocols related to high voltage, low voltage electrical systems, HVAC/R components, and industrial mechanics to prevent accidents. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and system diagrams to facilitate repairs or upgrades. Skills Extensive experience working with pump systems. Strong electrical knowledge including experience with high voltage and low voltage systems. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), VFD, schematics. Skilled in hydraulics, Soldering, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical repairs. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Knowledge of industrial electrician practices with a focus on troubleshooting electrical circuits using analysis skills. Experience with field service operations. Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or internal teams during maintenance or troubleshooting tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with industrial mechanic experience; familiar with maintenance procedures for complex systems. Ability to work safely around high voltage equipment while adhering to OSHA standards and safety guidelines.
