Job Description

Job Description - Concrete Line Pump Operator inPlace Pumping Co. is looking for Concrete Line Pump Operator. The Operators position is responsible for assembling pump/hose at jobsite in a timely manner. The Operator should be dependable, honest, punctual and have communication skills.
THIS IS A PHYSICALLY DEMANDING POSITION.
Our drivers are expected to be punctual to their assignments and are required to travel over the road between jobsites and the inPlace shop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the company truck/trailer in a safe and conscientious manner to the job site and back to the shop. Operate the pump in a safe and conscientious manner, set up the system, and cleanout the pump after the job. Know or learn the pump well enough to recognize problems and report them.
Keep unit clean:
Keep the pump and truck washed and free of concrete and grease. Keep the system free of concrete.
Shop:
Return system after use to appropriate location in the shop. Keep the shop neat and orderly. Routine maintenance of greasing fittings & greaser, changing gaskets & checking fluid levels.
Physical Demands:
Good manual dexterity to do lifting and setting up of line in all weather conditions common to Ohio Be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds. Have the balance and dexterity to maneuver around a construction site, and must enjoy working outdoors.
Line Pump Operator Qualifications:
Monday- Friday with occasional Saturday, drivers have Sundays OFF. Ability to work overtime. Pass pre-employment drug screen. Good MVR report.
CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
